We are extremely excited to announce the latest addition to our KBC team, Chef Mike Hall. Mike has been working in the Philly area for 20+ years. Some of you may know him as the former executive chef and owner of Muse Restaurant, personal chef, writer, and owner of Chef’s Muse, and also food blogger for Fig Kennett. Our menu will feature pub cuisine with an emphasis on fresh and local ingredients.
